week 3, part 2: tiramisu
okay, technically this isn’t really considered baking but who cares. fiona and i set off on an adventure to not fuck up cooking/baking anything as much as we have in the past. the only thing that went wrong while making this was that vanilla extract accidentally made its way into the mascarpone cream but that’s okay. the one with the “F” on it is fiona’s.
i’m making this again tomorrow because, after tasting it, my dad and sister both want me to make more for their friends. i think i’ll use espresso powder or bittersweet cocoa powder with dark chocolate shavings on top instead of regular cocoa powder and dark chocolate shavings.
that last photo looks like turds and whipped cream because i was too lazy to cut another prettier-looking slice.
